The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in front of the main train station and with easy access to all trams connecting to the rest of the city. We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the beautiful rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of choices and high-quality organic food.
Can't fault anything about it.

We recently stayed at a hotel with a great location next to the stop for the airport bus. The hotel was just across the street from the main railway station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The room and ensuite were clean and comfortable, with a spacious shower. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The highlight, however, was the delicious breakfast with a wide selection of tasty options. we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the convenient location and excellent service.
The only drawback was the absence of washcloths, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a good stay at a sustainable 4-star hotel in Basel. The front desk staff were really nice too accommodate my early check-in request, ensuring a smooth start to my trip. The breakfast options were excellent, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The on-site spa was a fantastic addition, and the massage I received was great. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and eco-friendly initiatives.

As for families, I would definitely recommend this place. It has a lot of great services like room service, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, housekeeping, shops/commercial services. Plus, the hotel itself is extremely comfortable and has all the amenities you could need. From the spa and wellness centre to the flat-screen TV, this hotel has it all. I had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and luxurious experience.
